Corrupt Sheriff Elder releases plans for second term
Corrupt Sheriff Elder sent a memo just before Thanksgiving announcing his big plans for his second term. It clearly shows he is still corrupt and still very much clueless. He pays off one of his big supporters and shows how he plans to realign his staff so he can continue to reward his loyal supporters. Read the memo. Elder goes through his list of things he wants to focus on during this second term. There is one thing missing; “employee morale”. It’s missing for a reason. Corrupt Sheriff Elder could give a sh!t about his employees. He knows most of them hate him and did not vote for him; so it’s payback time. Don’t expect any plans on making the work environment better. His policies and leadership got Micah Flick Killed.
What about civilian pay? He promised pay raises every year and they haven’t gotten one in years. It’s clear Elder only cares about Elder and those who suck up to him.
His realignment of command staff is very interesting and we will be addressing that in later articles. We hope to have a bombshell article around Christmas time. We want it to be a surprise.
Notice Elder names Garth Littrell as a “director”. Same pay as a commander. We called it two months ago. We were told by someone on the 5th floor that Elder was going to reward Littrell after his big campaign donation. That’s why he got rid of a commander’s position; so he could give his campaign donor a nice big raise. What experience does Littrell have to justify this promotion and additional responsibilities? Yet another example of “pay for play”. We know what’s going on shortly after Corrupt Sheriff Elder opens his mouth.
There is a very interesting statement in this memo:
The Chief of Staff (Huffor) has taken on additional supervisory duties, overseeing Community Relations and Outreach, The Crime Prevention Coordinator, the Executive Assistant and the Media Services Unit.
Here is what Wikipedia has for the definition of “Chief of Staff”:
The title chief of staff (or head of staff) identifies the leader of a complex organization, institution, or body of persons and it also may identify a principal staff officer (PSO), who is the coordinator of the supporting staff or a primary aide-de-camp to an important individual, such as a president or a senior military officer.
In general, a chief of staff provides a buffer between a chief executive and that executive’s direct-reporting team. The chief of staff generally works behind the scenes to solve problems, mediate disputes, and deal with issues before they are brought to the chief executive. Often chiefs of staff act as a confidante and advisor to the chief executive, acting as a sounding board for ideas. Ultimately the actual duties depend on the position and the people involved.
Does this sound like Janet just got more responsibilities or less?
It appears Janet Huffor actually lost a lot (if not all) of her responsibilities; but Corrupt Sheriff Elder is trying to make it sound like she is taking on more. WRONG! We know the truth and will tell all soon. We are confident Elder will promote Billy to Commander soon and give her a pay raise to make her feel better; but it won’t work. She wants the power. Could it be Elder has finally figured out that Billy and Janet don’t have the “right stuff”? That they are nothing but a liability? Doubtful. All the employees know; but Corrupt Sheriff Elder doesn’t care.

The arrogance of this Facebook post explains everything you need to know about what is going on in her mind. How is she going to handle the new role with only a couple people reporting to her? Is Elder moving her out of the way? It’s our understanding Elder is done with her. Now that everyone in the office knows she has been “spanked” how will she act?
It’s obvious from Elder’s memo he does not care about his employees and he does not care that they know it. He is corrupt and his office is driven by nepotism and cronyism. You can either play by his rules and try to move up or work hard and get no where.
